Famils - Opportunities to Explore Our Beautiful Backyard

We believe the best way to provide exceptional experiences to our valued clients is by offering those experiences to our staff. We offer the opportunity to participate in Familiarisation trips (famils) as we like to call them. They are a chance for our employees to immerse themselves in the beauty and wonder of New Zealand, exploring breathtaking landscapes, and trying out an array of adventures and experiences.

Gym Discount & Wellness Initiatives

We have partnered with a local gym NRG, offering great discounts on memberships to our staff. They run 50 Les Mills classes per week, have a Sauna, 24/7 access, no sign up fees and a 4-week minimum term with only 2 weeks notice to cancel. Along with EAP we also provide stand-up desks to all employees and promote other wellness initiatives.
